Coworking Corticella

Conversion project of an industrial area for the construction of a building for tertiary use for shared offices (coworking).

In the northern outskirts of Bologna, the ownership of an old, obsolete industrial settlement dating back to the late 1960s, having to turn the building into an income, chose to build a modern building for tertiary use for shared offices (coworking).

The old building was demolished to make room for a new one that is spread over six levels, one of which is underground for storage, five above ground and a consistency of approximately 11,000 cubic meters and 2,851 square meters of useful surface area excluding underground. The ground floor is dedicated to conference rooms and bar-restaurant area. The upper floors are all dedicated to rooms to be rented for office use in size.
