Design and construction management for the construction of a new batching plant located in an industrial area situated in Castel Maggiore (BO), completely covered, inside an industrial warehouse of about 1550 m², having a height of 15.50 m, with metallic carpentry structure and office building of 160.00 m².

Lot area approximately 6500 m², built area approximately 1,700 m2. Amount of works € 1,350,000.

Peculiarities of the plant:

• 2 production lines located inside a shed to greatly limit the impact of the various polluting matrices (noise, dust, etc.);
• sound-absorbing panels installed on the walls and on the roof;
• the borders of the area have been equipped with sound-absorbing barriers and double rows of tall trees.
